Inside Survivor’s choice for Player of the Week for Survivor: Cambodia – Second Chance Episode 12 is…

kelleysmileKelley Wentworth

Here is what the Inside Survivor contributors had to say about Kelley Wentworth after Episode 12:

Martin: It was tough to pick this week, and while we did see Kimmi first suggest the all-girl alliance, it felt like Kelley Wentworth had the better overall episode. Not only did she win the reward challenge and immunity challenge, but she was once again on the right side of the vote and took out her target. Also, she didn’t take any heat for her reward challenge picks which speak highly of her social game. She is set up very well going forward.

Jacob: Kelley continues to be a solid winner pick. She survived a massive number of votes thrown at her and made her way to a reasonably stable position with a second idol and correct voting choices. On top of that, she did win two challenges! She has proven herself a very capable player this season.

Rob: Kelley Wentworth, girl on fire! Last week she found another idol and helped put forth the plan to target Stephen. This week, she wins the reward challenge and immunity challenge, and basically badasses her way throughout the rest of the episode. She was a driving force behind Joe leaving this week, and she is sitting pretty in a potential girls alliance. She’s done a great job at shaping herself into whatever she needs to be to survive week to week, and she’s got the chops to make it to the end.

Shawn: Once again, Wentworth is proving to be a legitimate contender without drawing significant attention to herself. After winning both the reward and immunity challenges, Kelley once again landed on the right side of the numbers as Joe was voted out. While some fans were happy to see the return of “Farmguy69,” the choosing of additional family members is always a heavily scrutinized and potentially alienating task. When the dust settled, Kelley’s picks did not seem to harbor much animosity but also were well placed to solidify relationships with Kimmi and Keith.  With an idol in her pocket, she won immunity and a place in the Final 7. Unless she gets blindsided, her place in the finale episode should be a lock.
