The Traitors continues to take the world by storm, becoming one of TV’s most popular new reality formats, and the U.S. is gearing up for its second season with even more former reality stars.

Update 09/21/23:

Two of those ex-reality stars are to be four-time Survivor player Parvati Shallow, who won Survivor: Micronesia back in 2008, and Sandra Diaz-Twine, who won Survivor: Pearl Islands in 2003 and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains in 2010. The news of Parvati’s casting was first reported by Exclusive Podcast’s Sharon Tharp.

Inside Survivor’s own sources have confirmed that Parvati was in the casting process and very likely made it onto the show. We have since learned that Sandra is also on the upcoming season.

Parvati and Sandra will compete alongside 19 other former reality-tv contestants on the upcoming Peacock hit, which will once again be hosted by The Good Wife star Alan Cumming. Set in a remote castle in the Scottish Highlands, the 20 players compete in a game of alliances, deception, and “murder” for a chance to win up to $250,000.

Unlike the first season, which saw 10 new players competing against 10 ex-reality stars, Season 2 will be all famous faces. Across the season, the selected “traitors” will work in secret to murder the “faithful,” with the hopes of making it to the end and taking home the huge prize pot.

Parvati and Sandra follow in the footsteps of their fellow Survivor alumni, Cirie Fields and Stephenie LaGrossa, who competed in Season 1 of The Traitors. They will be hoping to emulate Cirie, who walked away from Season 1 as the winner.

Meanwhile, Survivor 41 winner Erika Casupanan is set to compete in the upcoming Canadian version of The Traitors, which premieres on October 2.

Other reality stars rumored to be participating in Season 2, according to spoiler account GamerVev, include Big Brother‘s Dan Gheesling and Janelle Pierzina, and The Challenge‘s Johnny Bananas, Trishelle Cannatella, and CT Tamburello.
