Advantage
- Eva is the fourh player to get the Safety Without Power advantage after Jeremy in Winners at War, Drew in Survivor 45, and Rachel in Survivor 47.
- Janet had the opportunity to win a Safety Without Power advantage in episode 7 of Island of the Idols but she declined to participate in the mentor’s challenge.
- Joe is the only player left who hasn’t gone on a journey to win an advantage or retain his vote.
- None of the three jury members (Cedrek, Chrissy, and David) went on a journey.
Reward/Immunity Challenge – “Crocodile Rock”
- This challenge has previously been used in Ghost Island, Island of the Idols, and Survivor 43.
- It’s been won by an even amount of men and women (three of each).
- This challenge has only been used in seasons with the split tribal council twist.
Confessionals
- Eva had the most confessionals this episode with 16.
- Mary had 0 confessionals this episode.
- This is her second episode without a confessional.
- She’s the first player since Heather and Danny in Survivor 41 to not have a confessional in two post-merge episodes.
- Kyle has the most confessionals of the remaining players this season with 52.
- Star has the lowest number of confessionals of the remaining players this season with 18.
- She currently has less confessionals than Sai, Cedrek, Bianca, and Thomas.
Tribal Council
- David was voted out 6-3.
- He’s the 11th player voted out 6-3 after Greg in Borneo, John in Marquesas, Jolanda in Palau, Austin in Panama, Mikey in Micronesia, Stephenie & Amanda in Heroes vs. Villains, Julie in Redemption Island, Paul in Millennials vs. Gen X, and Sierra in Game Changers.
- David is the first “David” in the new era to not be voted out pre-merge.

- He’s the second highest ranking “David” after David Wright in Millennials vs. Gen X.
- Kendra (Survivor 45) and Tori (Survivor 42) are the only women to be voted out on day 17 in the new era.
- Survivor 47 is the only new era season where nobody was voted out on day 17.
- The first four players to be voted out were on Vula at some point in the season, while the next five players to be voted out were on Civa at some point in the season.
- Kyle and Kamilla are the only players with perfect voting records at this point in the season.
- The first three jury members were the first player alphabetically in the cast by first name in the episode they were voted out.
