Survivor: Game Changers

Power Rankings Round 11

Michelle Schubert takes on Inside Survivor in power rankings for Survivor: Game Changers Episode 13.

While the castaways of Survivor: Game Changers fight it out on the islands of Fiji for the million dollar prize, another battle is taking place here on Inside Survivor. Former Survivor player and “Mother of Dragons” Michelle Schubert takes on Inside Survivor’s Martin “Redmond” Holmes to determine the Inside Survivor Power Rankings champion.

Previously on Power Rankings…

In Round 10, Martin received 7 points for ranking Sierra in 7th place and Michelle received 5 points. That means the overall scores are Martin at 149 points and Michelle at 144 points. Things are still close and with a double-elimination this week there is a chance for Michelle to jump ahead.

The Rules

We use the Gordon Holmes format of Power Rankings. Each week the two power rankers create separate rankings based on least likely to most likely to be eliminated. The ranking of the player who is voted out of the next episode will determine the number of points the rankers will earn. For example, if Aubry is voted out in Episode 13, Martin would receive 8 points and Michelle would receive 5 points. At the end of the season, the person with the most points will be named the Survivor: Game Changers Power Rankings Champion.

Troyzan
I really like Troyzan, and I wanna be friends with his whole family. He and his brother were both so happy and jovial.... but anyways, nothing has changed in Troyzan's game. He's completely safe from crossfire and people, as far as we've seen, don't think of him much when considering votes.
1
Sarah
Double boot episodes scare me. I'm putting everything on edit this week for these rankings. I'm positive Sarah is making Final Tribal Council - her edit doesn't make sense to end here. Despite her betrayals, people in the game still trust her.
2
Tai
Still two idols? I'm nervous to put him up so high because he has no alliances but now he also seems to be stepping into the background while others are duking it out front and center.
2
Brad
Similar to Sarah, I believe Brad is making FTC (or at least the finale episode) based on his edit. I'm not sure how he'll scrape through - idols, advantages, craziness? But Mr. Culpepper will live to fight another day.
3
Brad
His name came up quite a bit last episode and had it not been for is immunity win we all know what would have happened. Though now his power alliance with Sierra has been broken up, and that really seemed to be where the fear of him was hinging.
3
Tai
Sure, there is a chance Tai could go home with two idols in his pocket, but I just don't see it. Tai is aware of his position in the game right now and I feel that he'll use his powers if need be.
4
Cirie
Looks like she's going to be an integral part of at least one of the votes this week which should mean that her neck isn't the one on the chopping block... don't turn on Michaela, Cirie! Don't do it!
4
Cirie
It's still crazy how Cirie hasn't received a vote this season and is one episode away from the finale. I have faith she can pull off another masterstroke this week.
5
Aubry
Who? What? Where?
5
Michaela
Michaela has got herself into a decent swing position but we all know how that can turn out. The swing can easily be targeted, especially if people are worrying about idols and advantages.
6
Sarah
WOW, did you see the way she weaseled that legacy advantage out of Sierra?! She's playing HARD. I'm impressed. Will Michaela realize that Sierra had to will the legacy advantage to someone? If so, not only should Sarah's gameplay be putting a target on her own back but this whole legacy drama will only make it bigger.
6
Andrea
Not putting Andrea at the bottom might break her good luck charm (sorry, Andrea). She is still a huge target but has proved me wrong these past three episodes.
7
Andrea
Everyone knows she's a target and that's not going to go away until she does. Her clock is definitely ticking. I couldn't decide whether to put her here or at the end.
7
Troyzan
When the show shoves two boots into one hour it's usually those with minimal edits. Troyzan fits that role. He's hardly been on the show. He might save himself with his idol for the first tribal but gone in the next.
8
Michaela
I hate to say it... I HATE to say it. Sorry girl, but I fear your time has come. The volcano which is Michaela isn't dormant any longer and the old feud with Brad looks to be rising to the surface. I hope I'm wrong but editing seems to be arching toward a Michaela exit this week. RIP at Ponderosa, dear friend.
8
Aubry
Similar to Troyzan, Aubry has been on the outskirts of this season and could easily be one of the double-boot victims. Perhaps idoled out?

  1. Sad to see Andrea go but congrats Michelle you are just 1 point behind. Kill those final predictions

    • Down by 2, because she only gets 7 points for michaela because she was voted out second, and by this point there were only seven people in the game.
