Each week we will be running a fan poll to determine the Big Brother Player of the Week. Readers can vote for the player that impressed them the most with their strategic gameplay, social skills, competition prowess, and overall performance. The poll will close on the following Monday.

The first week of Big Brother All-Stars is officially in the books, culminating in last night’s live eviction episode. The week began with former runner-up Cody Calafiore winning the Head of Household competition, and he quickly set his sights on old-school legends, Janelle Pierzina and Kaysar Ridha.

However, Kaysar saved himself, and his ally Janelle, by winning the new Safety Suite competition, which meant Cody had to put his plan b into motion. At the first nomination ceremony of the season, Cody nominated Keesha Smith and Kevin Campbell, the two houseguests he’d connected with the least at that point.

When Cody’s ally Enzo Palumbo won the Power of Veto competition, it all but sealed Keesha and Kevin’s fates to the block. The Veto went unused, and it was up to the two nominees to campaign to save themselves.

Kevin worked his social game, making sure to connect with multiple people throughout the week. Meanwhile, Keesha struggled to make bonds, with only Janelle and Kaysar wanting to keep her around, though not willing to risk their own spot to make it happen.

In the end, it was a unanimous vote to evict Keesha, making her the first all-star to exit the house.
