The Circle UK continues to churn out the catfishes for the upcoming celebrity edition which is set to premiere next month.
As officially revealed by The Circle, BBC Radio 1 DJs Rickie Haywood-Williams and Melvin Odoom are undertaking perhaps the biggest catfish test yet, as they will be playing as musician and The Voice UK coach Will.I.Am.
“Me and Ricks are mad competitive,” said Odoom, and they’re going to need to be to convince their fellow contestants that a celebrity like Will.I.Am would be playing The Circle. No offense to the actual line-up, but they’re hardly on the same level as a multi-time Grammy Award winner.

Earlier today, it was announced that reality-stars Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks be taking on the role of Countdown co-presenter, Rachel Riley. Other catfishes include Loose Women hosts Kaye Adams and Nadia Sawalha playing as TOWIE star, Gemma Collins, and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK contestant Baga Chipz as celebrity cleaner, Kim Woodburn.
Also taking part in the series are Lady Leshurr, Charlotte Crosby, Denise van Outen, Duncan James, and Saffron Barker. Not all the celebrities will enter on Day 1, as with the civilian series, new contestants will enter throughout the series.
The Celebrity Circle is expected to launch on Tuesday, March 9 at 9:15-10:30 PM, immediately following the Great British Bake Off, according to preliminary Channel 4 schedules. A third civilian series is set to air soon after.
