Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers continued last night and saw the elimination of small business owner Patrick. The Hustlers lost their second immunity challenge in a row and the group had to decide whether to put tribe chemistry above challenge strength. Patrick, whose refusal to switch-out during the challenge cost the tribe a victory, argued his case, claiming that his strength and ability to make friends will help come the merge. Lauren, on the other hand, felt like she was on the outs but claimed to be a more reliable and trustworthy person going forward. In the end, Patrick’s lack of social awareness cost him, as Ali, Ryan and Devon felt that Lauren was a safer option for tribal unity.
The fourth episode, “I Don’t Like Having Snakes Around” airs Wednesday, October 18 at 8:00 pm (ET) on CBS.
