Each week here on Inside Survivor we will be running a fan poll to determine the Player of the Week in Survivor South Africa. Readers can vote for the player that impressed them the most with their strategic gameplay, social skills, and overall performance. The poll will close on Wednesday.
In the second episode of Survivor South Africa: Immunity Island, we saw the elimination of Noleen “Pinty” Nkanjeni, the 30-year-old Freelancer from Cape Town, Western Cape. Pinty appeared to have built a couple of close bonds early on, particularly with Anesu Mbizvo, Francois “Chappies” Chapman, and Tyson Zulu. However, her abrasive personality rubbed some of her other tribemates the wrong way, especially Carla Gubb, who Pinty clashed with throughout this episode.
Ultimately, the vote came down to Pinty or Carla’s closest ally Mike Laws, who some on the tribe felt was a sneaky, strategic player. While Pinty felt confident she had the numbers to take out Mike, in the end, she wound up blindsided in a 6-2-1 vote.
The winner of last week’s poll was Renier Louwrens with 388 Votes (44.80%).

I think Anesu did an ok job pulling a ‘Victoria’ when she basically Aubreyed Pinty, but that move wasn’t hers. so my vote goes to.. Santoni.
Santoni knows her place in that tribe. and she knows if she says nothing, all the eyes will be looking on somebody else.. She’s playing Survivor and Big Brother. people who were mostly on the outs would run around, painting a target on somebody else’s back. When they know they are on chopping block, they scrumble and it doesnt always end well for them..
Santoni is also the new sneaky sneaky. She’s already won safety without power when she was chosen to go to the II, shes got immunity but no vote. Then she won a hiden immunity idol from a challenge.. but she knows how to use her remaining time on the island.. by successfully finding a clue to another immunity idol. She’s already golden, and it’s just the second vote.
