The latest preview features footage from the season, filmed in Samoa, as well as a select few of the castaways who will participate in the 55-day adventure. “It doesn’t matter who they are in the real world. All that matters is how they play the game,” says the voice-over, as we are introduced to teacher Nick, who tells us “No one knows this game better than me.” He is followed by retired customs officer Sue, charity CEO Sam, and firefighter Kylie, who states “I’m gonna make my daughters proud.” The video is rounded out by courier driver Des, financial analyst Kate and criminal cartel lawyer Phoebe, who believes she’s “…gonna be underestimated.”
Australian Survivor is rumored to premiere late August/early September on Network Ten. Stay tuned to Inside Survivor for how international viewers can watch.
