Vote-out
- Jennifer Lanzetti is the only “Jen” (Jenn, Jenna, Jenny) to be voted out pre-jury.
Tribal Council
- In both BvBvB seasons, the 2nd tribal council resulted in a 3-2 vote.
- Other than the people voted out, Alecia is the only person to receive votes up to this point.
- Alecia is also the only one with a perfect voting record so far.
- This mirrors J’Tia from Survivor: Cagayan, who received votes at the 1st and 2nd tribal council, and had a perfect voting record for both tribals.

- In both BvBvB seasons, the same tribe has gone to tribal council in the first 2 weeks.

- Both seasons set in Cambodia have had a challenge which involves using a slingshot to hit targets.
Ratings
- Episode 2 received 8.39 million viewers and 1.9/6 in the Adults 18-49 Rating/Share. Survivor was beaten by American Idol for the first time in almost two years.
Other
- The title of the episode “Kindergarten Camp” was said by Joe Del Campo.

In the second episode of both BvsBvsB seasons, the eliminated castaway was voted out after unwillingly outing his/her own strategy. Garrett announced the plans to vote J’Tia out and his alliance with Spencer and Kass. While Jenny announced the possibility of voting differently than the alliance had originally planned.
