Each week Inside Survivor contributor Rob Brodeur will be collecting various Survivor related statistics and information based off the latest episode of Survivor: Edge of Extinction.
Tribal Council
- Julia was voted out 9-1-0.
- Rick used a hidden immunity idol on David, negating 1 vote against him.
- There have been three Julias to play Survivor, and 2/3 made it to the merge/jury.
- Julia Landauer was voted out pre-merge in Caramoan.
- Julia Sokolowski made it to the merge/jury in Kaoh Rong.
- Julia is the first woman to be voted out post-merge.
- David and Kelley have attended the same number of tribal councils in their Survivor careers with 22 each.
- David has voted correctly at 18 out of 22 of those tribal councils.
- Everyone that’s won individual immunity so far this season has correctly voted for the person that went home in the episode they won immunity.
- Julie won immunity and voted out Joe in episode 7.
- Aurora won immunity and voted out Eric in episode 8.
- Gavin won immunity and voted out Julia in episode 9.
- Lauren and Kelley have the same amount of votes against them so far this season with 9.
- Every time a Kama member received votes this season so far, they were voted out.
- None of the Kama members that are left in the game have any votes against them.
- Kelley has received votes at 6/8 of the tribal councils she’s attended this season.
- With Julia being voted out, nobody has a perfect voting record this season.
- Kelley, Lauren, and Wardog have voted together at all eight tribal councils they’ve attended.
- Gavin and Victoria have voted together in all five tribal councils they’ve attended (including both votes during the tie vote in episode 6).
- Wardog is still the only original Manu/Lesu member to not have any votes cast against him so far.
- Rick has only voted for women during the post-merge (Kelley, Lauren, Julia), while Aurora has only voted for men during the post-merge (Rick, Eric, David).
- This was the first time Rick cast a correct vote since episode 3.
- This was the first time the five Lesu members voted together post-merge.
- There are now an even amount of original Manu members and original Kama members left in the game with five players each.
- There are also five men and five women left.
- Four people voted for Kelley in the episode in which they were eliminated.

- David, Rick, and Ron are the only players to vote for Kelley and still be active in the game.
Tribes
- On the French version of Survivor, Koh Lanta: La Guerre des Chefs, which is currently airing, there is also a tribe named Kama.
- In Koh Lanta: La Guerre des Chefs, Kama is red, while in Edge of Extinction, Kama was yellow.
- Both seasons have a red, blue, and yellow tribe, and were both filmed in Fiji.
- In Koh Lanta: La Guerre des Chefs, Kama is red, while in Edge of Extinction, Kama was yellow.
Hidden Immunity Idol/Advantage.
- Rick used the idol on David, which is the first time David had an idol played on him.
- He had two idols in Millennials vs. Gen X, but used both of them on other players (Jessica and Ken).
Confessionals
- Julie and Gavin had the most confessionals this episode with 4 each.
- Aurora, Aubry, Chris, and Reem had the least amount of confessionals this episode with 0 each.
- Aurora is the only player still active in the game that didn’t get a confessional this episode.
- Kelley and Rick are tied for the most total confessionals this season with 26 each.
- This was the first episode this season where Kelley had only one confessional.
- Kelley and Rick are the only players still active in the game to have a confessional in every episode they’ve been in.
- With Rick being voted out in episode 4 and sent to Edge of Extinction, Kelley is the only player to be active the whole season and have at least one confessional in every episode.
- Julia has the same amount of confessionals as she does votes against her this season (9).
- Eric and Joe are the only players on Edge of Extinction that had confessionals this episode.
Edge of Extinction
- Joe and Julia are now the only players on Edge of Extinction to never be a member of the Manu tribe.
Immunity Challenge – “Bow Diddley”
- Similar versions of this challenge have been played in South Pacific, Cagayan, Cambodia, and Millennials vs. Gen X.
- The “ball on a bow” version of the challenge was played in South Pacific, Millennials vs. Gen X, and Edge of Extinction, while the “ball on a disk on a stick” version was played in Cagayan and Cambodia.
- David and Kelley have played this challenge twice. They lost both times they competed.
- Joe Anglim won this challenge in Cambodia.
- Gavin is the first man to win an immunity challenge this season.
- Only original Kama members have won immunity this season.
Ratings
- The ninth episode received 7.59 million viewers and 1.5/7 in the Adults 18-49 Rating/Share.
Episode Title
- The episode title “Y’all Making Me Crazy” was said by Kelley when everyone was silently sitting around the campfire before tribal.
