Reward Challenge – “Enter Sandbag”
- Variations of this challenge were previously used in Ghost Island and Edge of Extinction.
- This is the first new era season to use the challenge.
- Both times a purple tribe participated in this challenge, they won.
- Both times an orange tribe participated in this challenge, they lost.
- Vula is the first green tribe to win this challenge.
- Lagi won both of the reward challenges this season.
Immunity Challenge – “48 Jump Street”
- Lagi is the second starting tribe to win every challenge they participated in after Nami in Survivor 46.
- The name of the immunity challenge in this episode and the previous episode both have the season number in them.
Confessionals
- Bianca had the most confessionals this episode with 8.
- Joe had 0 confessionals this episode.
- Sai has the most confessionals so far this season with 42.
- Chrissy has the lowest number of confessionals so far this season with 7.
Tribal Council
- Bianca was voted out 2-1-1.
- This was the first 2-1-1 vote in US Survivor history.
- Sai has received at least one vote at every tribal council she’s attended so far.
- Every player that’s been voted out so far this season either didn’t vote or had their vote cancelled in their boot episode.
- Stephanie used her Shot in the Dark and didn’t vote.
- Kevin’s vote for Sai was negated by her idol.
- Justin lost his vote at the journey.
- Thomas’ vote for Kyle was negated by his idol.
- Bianca lost her vote at the journey.
- Both players that lost their vote in the dice game journey in episode 3 (Justin & Bianca) were voted out at the following tribal council.
- Bianca is the only player voted out in the pre-merge portion of the game that was never a member of the Vula tribe.
- Bianca is the 12th player to attend tribal council but never cast an elimination vote. The others are as follows:

- Chris in Ghost Island – He lost his vote to get an idol, then was voted out at his first tribal he attended

- Zach in Survivor 42 – Played Shot in the Dark

- Stephanie in Survivor 48 – Played Shot in the Dark
- Prior to the tribe swap, only original Vula members were voted out, and post tribe swap, only original Lagi members were voted out.
- Both players that were voted out after the tribe swap were voted out of a tribe they didn’t originally start on.
- Coincidentally, they were both on Lagi, and post-swap Lagi never lost an immunity challenge.
- Cedrek is the only Vula player this season who doesn’t have any votes cast against him.
- He’s also the only player this season who has attended multiple tribal councils and never received a vote.
- Charity, David, Eva, and Star have not yet attended tribal council this season.
- Civa is the third starting tribe to have all of the original members make it past the pre-merge portion of the game after Tandang in Philippines and Luvu in Survivor 41.
- Lagi is the fifth starting tribe to never attend a tribal council after Tandang in Philippines, Kama in Edge of Extinction, Luvu in Survivor 41, and Nami in Survivor 46.
- Tandang and Luvu are the only ones to make it to the merge fully intact as Kama, Nami, and Lagi lost original members during the tribal portion of the game.
- Lagi is the first new era purple tribe to not attend tribal council during the pre-merge portion of the game.
- All three new era tribes that never attended tribal council (Luvu, Nami, and Lagi) started on the same beach.
