Advantage
- Rachel got the vote blocker from completing the Journey challenge.
- This is a slightly tweaked version of the unchosen advantage that was the other option in her “take your pick” advantage that Sol gave her in episode 7, except this time, the Block a Vote is to be used in secret.
- Rachel is the third player to possess the vote blocker advantage after Jessica in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers and Elaine in Island of the Idols.
- This advantage has only been in the possession of women.
- This is the first time this advantage wasn’t used in the same episode that it was acquired.
- Genevieve and Sue are the only players left that haven’t gone on a journey.
Immunity Challenge – “A Bit Tipsy”
- Variations of this challenge have been used in Blood vs. Water, San Juan del Sur, Kaôh Rōng, Game Changers, Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, Ghost Island, David vs. Goliath, Edge of Extinction, Winners at War, Survivor 41, and Survivor 42.
- Both new era seasons with a purple merged tribe had a woman win this challenge.
- Tori in Survivor 42.
- Rachel in Survivor 47.
- Tyson in Blood vs. Water is the only man to win this challenge while on a purple-merged tribe.
- Any time a purple tribe competed in this challenge, they won, or someone on the tribe won.
- Tyson on Kasama in Blood vs. Water.
- Naviti in Ghost Island.
- Goliath/Jabeni in David vs. Goliath.
- Tori on Kula Kula in Survivor 42.
- Rachel on Beka in Survivor 47.
- This is the first time since Episode 2 that Kyle didn’t win a challenge.
- Tuku won immunity in episodes 1, 3, 4, and 5.

- Rachel had the most confessionals this episode with 14.
- Teeny and Kyle had the lowest number of confessionals this episode with 3.

Tribal Council
- Kyle was voted out 6-1-1.
- Kyle is the ninth player to be voted out 6-1-1 after John in Thailand, Cao Boi in Cook Islands, Lilliana in Fiji, Papa Bear in South Pacific, Nina in One World, Joe in Cambodia, and Keith in Edge of Extinction.
- Joe and Kyle are the only players to be voted out post-merge with this vote count.
- Both of them also won four individual immunity challenges in the season before being voted out.

- Kyle holds the record for most overall challenge wins in a new era season with 12 wins.
- Kyle is the first person to be voted out on day 20 since Elizabeth in David vs. Goliath.
