Each week Inside Survivor contributor Rob Brodeur will be collecting various Survivor-related statistics and information based off the latest episode of Survivor 43.

The Summit

  • Geo, Jeanine, and Jesse went to the Summit.
  • Every time there’s been a Summit this season it’s been two men and one woman.
  • This is the first time this season where everyone risked their vote at the Summit.
  • Every pre-merge Summit trip had a different amount of players risk their vote.
    • Episode 1: Two players risked.
    • Episode 3: One player risked.
    • Episode 5: Three players risked.

Immunity Challenge: “EOC”

  • Vesi and Baka won immunity in the same order they did in the last episode.
    • Baka has only come in second during an immunity challenge when Vesi has won.

Hidden Immunity Idol/Advantage

  • Jeanine found the Hidden Immunity Idol.
    • She’s the first person to not have to collect beads from all her original starting tribe members as Morriah had already been voted out.
  • Every “beware” idol this season has been activated in the same episode it was found.
  • Geo won the Knowledge is Power advantage.
    • He’s the first man to win this, as Liana won it in 41 and Drea won it in 42.
    • He’s also the first person to be voted out while in possession of the advantage.


  • Cassiy and Jeanine had the most confessionals this episode with 7.
    • This is Jeanine’s first time having a confessional since episode 2.
  • Cody, Dwight, and Noelle had 0 confessionals this episode.
    • This is all of their first times having 0 confessionals in an episode.
  • This is the first time that a Vesi member had 0 confessionals in an episode.
  • Cody still has the highest confessional count so far with 29.
  • James and Ryan have the lowest confessional count so far this season with 10.

Tribal Council

  • Geo was voted out 3-2.
    • He’s the first man to be voted out this season.
    • Everyone on Coco voted for Geo at some point except for Ryan.
      • Lindsay voted for him in episode 4.
      • Cassidy, Dwight, and Karla voted for him in episode 5.
  • The most recent person to be voted out 3-2 was Evvie Jagoda in Survivor 41.
  • Ryan is the only player left in the game who has voted for someone that is still in the game with him.
    • He voted for Cassidy this episode.
  • The most recent person to be voted out on day 11 was Daniel Strunk in Survivor 42.
  • Geo voted for Cassidy at both tribals he attended.
  • Day 5 is the only day in the “new era” where everyone voted out was from a different colored starting tribe.
    • Day 3: Morriah (43) & Abraham (41) were on a yellow tribe.
    • Day 7: Jenny (43) & Brad (41) were on a green tribe
    • Day 9: Lindsay (43) & Swati (42) were on a blue tribe
    • Day 11: Daniel (42) & Genie (41) were on a green tribe.
  • Everyone that’s been voted out so far is standing in the front row in the individual tribe photos.
  • This is the first time this season where the person who got votes at tribal but wasn’t voted out received more than 1 vote.
    • Cassidy received 2 votes while every other time this season, the player(s) who received votes but weren’t voted out only got 1 vote.
  • This is the fourth Survivor season where the first four players voted out are women, followed by a man being voted out.
    • Panama: Tina, Melinda, Misty, & Ruth-Marie, then Bob-Dawg.
    • Gabon: Michelle, Gillian, Paloma, & Jacquie, then G.C.
    • Caramoan: Francesca, Allie, Hope, & Laura, then Brandon.
    • 43: Morriah, Justine, Nneka, & Lindsay, then Geo.
      • Fiji is the only season where the first 5 players voted out were women.


Episode Title

  • The episode title “Stop With All the Niceness” was said by Ryan to James during his plan to make Cassidy think everyone was voting him out.
