Survivor: Game Changers

Power Rankings Round 5

Michelle Schubert takes on Inside Survivor in power rankings for Survivor: Game Changers Episode 6.

While the castaways of Survivor: Game Changers fight it out on the islands of Fiji for the million dollar prize, another battle is taking place here on Inside Survivor. Former Survivor player and “Mother of Dragons” Michelle Schubert takes on Inside Survivor’s Martin “Redmond” Holmes to determine the Inside Survivor Power Rankings champion.

Previously on Power Rankings…

In Round 4, Michelle and Martin both finished on 16 points for ranking JT in 16th place. That means the overall scores are Michelle at 81 points and Martin on 78. Who knows what to expect this week with another swap on the way?

The Rules

We use the Gordon Holmes format of Power Rankings. Each week the two power rankers create separate rankings based on least likely to most likely to be eliminated. The ranking of the player who is voted out of the next episode will determine the number of points the rankers will earn. For example, if Sierra is voted out in Episode 6, Michelle would receive 2 points and Martin would receive 3 points. At the end of the season, the person with the most points will be named the Survivor: Game Changers Power Rankings Champion.

1
Sarah
She was shown last episode thinking ahead and making inroads with Troyzan, which if nothing else shows her adaptability. Plus she's a good competitor but doesn't look like a threat.
1
Tai
Another bloody swap; a curse to power rankers everywhere. I'm not so brave to put Ozzy at the top again given the chance he could end up on the wrong side of the numbers. Tai, however, will hopefully be snatching that idol. Plus I don't see anyone spearheading a Tai boot.
2
Sierra
She's obviously well liked, being that she had an idol played for her earlier. Like Sarah, she doesn't look like a threat.
2
Troyzan
Troy also has an idol, and even though JT didn't play his last week, I don't think Troy is that stupid. Troyzan not as stupid as JT - what world are we living in?
3
Michaela
Little Miss star of the last episode along with Sandra. I loved Michaela's confidence to have a victory drink as the votes were being read for JT.
3
Sierra
There are so many original Nukus left, you have to think they have the advantage, and Sierra is one of the safest. She seems to have solid relationships and isn't that imposing.
4
Troyzan
He's still got that idol and I think he'll know when or if he needs to use it.
4
Zeke
His edit seems too quiet to be the next boot. I'd expect a bump in visibility if he was in imminent danger.
5
Andrea
Who? ... But really, where is she? Her lack of airtime makes me think she's fine at this point. She's another number to vote with. Hopefully, she'll start making moves soon.
5
Sarah
Maybe her plotting with Troyzan will backfire but it seems to be setting up a future storyline, so I think she'll be okay for now. Possibly. I hate SWAPS!
6
Tai
I just don't see him being a target at this point.
6
Brad
I'm having to base a lot of this on edit because it's such a crapshoot to where people end up. Brad's edit suggests longevity, but as the figurehead of old Nuku he could be targeted if he swaps onto a bad tribe. I'll say he survives the swap.
7
Brad
Brad is playing such a great game!!! He is a threat but I think he's got what it takes to pull through a bit longer.
7
Andrea
Like Zeke, her edit seemed too quiet last week for her to be the boot this episode. I still think she could be a potential idol victim though. Maybe she should be lower? Ugh!
8
Jeff
Aw, my dear uncle Jeff, who would target him at this point? Though, he may be too closely aligned with the queen.
8
Ozzy
After giving the speech about "huge players" going last week, Ozzy could be next in line, especially with the merge approaching. But he's Ozzy, so his tribe will most likely win the challenge.
9
Sandra
Loved her antics last episode. She's so smart. Buuuuut every possible chance she finds herself on the chopping block.
9
Cirie
Like with Andrea, she is one of my idol victim options due to her laughing at Troyzan the other week. But she was also non-existent in the last episode, so it'd be surprising for her to go here.
10
Ozzy
If he gets put on the wrong side of the numbers after the swap, he's an obvious target as we approach the merge.
10
Aubry
I'm thinking an original Mana will probably go due to less numbers, but Aubry is the most likely to flip on them because they've constantly kept her out of the loop.
11
Cirie
I have no idea who her allies are at this point. So, again, if she's on the minority numbers after the swap she may be in trouble.
11
Debbie
But if any original Nuku does get eliminated here, it will probably be Debbie, simply because nobody wants to deal with that much crazy.
12
Hali
Perfect time for a swap, it might just save her. Though, I wonder if she's too much on the outs.
12
Hali
Hali has built some inroads on new-Mana, so that could protect her if she ends up on a tribe with Brad/Sierra/Tai. Still a likely target on a Nuku majority tribe, though.
13
Zeke
After a long silence, they just started to show him interacting last episode which makes me wonder if he's on his way out soon. No other reason than suspicion at this point.
13
Michaela
I think there's a high chance she is targeted if outnumbered but her challenge ability puts her above Sandra and Jeff.
14
Aubry
She was on the outside of the vote with people she should have been close with. Doesn't look good for her heading into a swap.
14
Sandra
I keep putting Sandra near the bottom and she keeps proving me wrong (which I love!). But this is her most dangerous time yet, the original Manas are dwindling and she's facing a swap.
15
Debbie
I think the starvation and sleep deprivation has finally cracked her! I don't think her meltdown will be confined to last episode and it may just land her a spot on the chopping block.
15
Jeff
Jeff got lucky with the first swap, can he survive another? He's an original Mana, Sandra's close ally, and a challenge liability. This could be his time. Or not. I JUST DON'T KNOW!
