Immunity Challenge: “Last Gasp”
- This challenge was previously used in Palau, Micronesia, and Caramoan.
- This is the first time this challenge has been used in 17 seasons.
- Brenda is the only solo woman to win this challenge.
- Every time this challenge was used, the merged tribe was green.
- If Palau did have a merge, the tribe color would have been green.
- This is the first time this challenge had to be canceled.
- Due to it being canceled before it ended, both Karla and Owen won.
- This is the first time two players won an immunity challenge that was intended for one player to win.

Tribal Council
- Sami was voted out 6-0.
- The only other player to be voted out with an initial vote of 6-0 was Jeff Varner in Game Changers.
- Four other players have been voted out 6-0 after a tie or after idols were played.

- The episode title “Hiding in Plain Sight” was said by Gabler when talking about how he hasn’t been a target up to this point.
