Survivor New Zealand is set to debut next month and each day this week TVNZ will be revealing contestants from the new cast. Sixteen competitive Kiwis were chosen from over 8000 applicants to participate in New Zealand’s first ever homegrown version of the hit reality franchise. The battle for $100,000 took place on the islands of Nicaragua last year and will be airing twice weekly on TV2 starting May 7.

Why s there so little info on these 4?
Just on first blush this cast looks a lot more diverse than the Australian edition’s collection of 20-30 year old attractive white people with the occasional oddball mixed in. Tentatively excited!
