Tribal Council #1
- Aubry was voted out 4-1.
- This was the first time Aubry was voted out pre-merge.
- She’s the ninth 3-time player to be only voted out pre-merge on their third time playing. The others are as follows:

- JT Thomas was voted out pre-merge in Game Changers.
- Malcolm Freberg was voted out pre-merge in Game Changers.
- Ciera Eastin was voted out pre-merge in Game Changers.
- Candice Cody was voted out pre-merge in Blood vs. Water.
- Russell Hantz was voted out pre-merge in Redemption Island.
- James Clement was voted out pre-merge in Heroes vs. Villains.
- Stephenie LaGrossa was voted out pre-merge in Heroes vs. Villains.
- 5/9 of them played in Game Changers.
- 9/21 of the 3-time players were only voted out pre-merge on their third time playing.
- She’s the only returning player this season to be voted out pre-merge.
- Aubry is the second 3-time player to not be voted out at the end of the episode.
- She made it to final tribal council in Kaoh Rong, she was voted out during the finale of Game Changers and she was voted out during the first half of the two-part episode in Edge of Extinction.
- Ciera Eastin is the first. She was voted out during the finale of Blood vs. Water, she was voted out in the first half of the double episode in Cambodia, and she was voted out during the first half of the double episode premiere in Game Changers.
- Coincidentally, both of them started Game Changers on Mana together.

- This was the first (and only) time David, Kelley, Lauren, and Wardog didn’t go to tribal council this season.
Tribal Council #2
- Wendy was voted out 6-0 after a 4-4 tie vote.
- Both players voted out in the episode were women on the Manu tribe whose first names ends in the letter “y”.
- Wendy is the only player to be voted out of her original starting tribe post swap.
- Rick started on Manu and was voted out of Lesu.
- Aubry started on Kama and was voted out of Manu.
- All of the original Kama members are going into the merge without any votes cast against them.
- Wendy is the second player to be voted out during a two-tribe double tribal council. The first was Malcolm in Game Changers.
- They both coincidentally were on blue tribes when they were voted out. Malcolm was on Nuku in Game Changers and Wendy was on Manu in Edge of Extinction.
- All Manu players voted for Lauren and all Lesu players voted for Wendy during the initial vote.
- Kelley and Lauren are the only players going into the merge with votes against them.
- Every man to receive votes so far this season was voted out the first time they received votes.
- This was the first season since Gabon in which two women were voted out during a double length episode.
- This occured in the premiere, that had two tribal councils in which Michelle Chase and Gillian Larson were voted out.
- Only one person was voted out of the more dominant of two starting tribes during the pre-merge this season (Aubry from Kama). This trend previously happened in the following seasons:

- Mogo Mogo after the second swap in All-Stars.
- Nuku after JT was voted out in Game Changers.
- Soko after Roark was voted out in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.
Hidden Immunity Idol/Advantage
- Rick gave Aubry the extra vote advantage he found on Extinction Island.
- Kelley is the first female player to find three hidden immunity idols.
- She’s the sixth player to find more than two hidden immunity idols. The others are as follows:
- Russell Hantz (5 hidden immunity idols).
- Tai Trang (4 hidden immunity idols).
- Malcolm Freberg (3 hidden immunity idols).
- Tony Vlachos (3 hidden immunity idols).
- Ben Dribergen (3 hidden immunity idols).
- Kelley is the only female to find more than one hidden immunity idol.

- Aubry and Kelley have the most total confessionals during the pre-merge with 19 each.
- Aubry had the most confessionals in episode 5 with 8.
- Aurora, Gavin, Wardog, Wendy and Reem had the least confessionals in episode 5 with 0.
- Kelley and Aubry had the most confessionals in episode 6 with 4 each.
- Aurora and Ron had the least confessional in episode 6 with 0.
- Aubry had the most total confessionals in both episodes with 12.
- Aurora had the least total confessionals in both episodes with 0.
- Julia had her first confessionals during this episode.
- Eric mentioned during the episode that you don’t play Survivor three times and go to rocks, however Tyson Apostol did this very thing in Blood vs. Water and is currently the only 3-time player to win Survivor on their third time playing.
Edge of Extinction
- Everyone on Extinction Island was on the Manu tribe at some point in the game.
- Rick is the only player on Extinction Island not wearing a Manu buff.
- He started the game on Manu but swapped to Lesu.
- Aubry is the only former Kama player on Extinction Island.
- She’s also the only returning player to be voted out and sent to Extinction Island pre-merge.
- There are an even amount of male and female castaways currently on Extinction Island.
Reward Challenge #1 – “True Grit”
- A similar challenge was previously used in Nicaragua and Redemption Island.
- Nicaragua is the only season this challenge was used without returning players, or an “island where players return to the game” twist.
Immunity Challenge #1 – “A Bit Dinghy”
- A similar challenge was used in Vanuatu, Micronesia, Philippines, Cagayan, Millennials vs. Gen X, Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, and Ghost Island.
- David has played this challenge twice. He lost in Millennials vs. Gen X, and won in Edge of Extinction.
- This is the first (and only) challenge Lesu won during the pre-merge.
- This is also the first immunity challenge that David, Kelley, Lauren, and Wardog won pre-merge.
- This was the first immunity challenge Aubry, Victoria, Eric, and Gavin lost this season.
Reward Challenge #2 – “Rod Screw-It”
- This challenge was previously used in Ghost Island.
- Lesu didn’t win any of the pre-merge reward challenges.
- They’re the only expansion tribe to not win a reward challenge.
Immunity Challenge #2 – “In Through the Out Door”
- Kama has not lost an immunity challenge this season.
- The Manu tribe lost every immunity challenge this season except the one in episode 4.
- Manu lost both immunity challenges this episode.
- Joe, Aurora, Julia, Julie, and Ron haven’t lost an immunity challenge this season.
- The only pre-merge challenge the Kama tribe lost was the reward challenge in episode 3.
- Joe is the first returning player in Survivor history to make it to the merge twice without going to a single pre-merge tribal council.
- Joe is one of 19 players to make it to the merge without going to a pre-merge tribal council. The others are as follows:

- The fifth and sixth episodes received 7.05 million viewers and 1.3/6 in the Adults 18-49 Rating/Share.
Episode Title
- The episode title “It’s Like the Worst Cocktail Party Ever” was said by David at the second tribal council when everyone was getting up to whisper to each other.
- This is his second episode title this season.

I dont think it’s complitely true Kelley is the only female to find more than one HII, Parvati found one in HvsV and one in Micronesia on Exile Island but left it there.
The one in Micronesia was never shown on TV, therefore it’s difficult to count it. All we have is Parvati’s word.
Wouldn’t Joe be one of 19 players to make it to the merge without going to a TC? Since you’d include Aurora, Ron, Julie and Julia in that statistic.
