  • Dee holds the record for most money at the start of an auction with $900.
    • She also holds the record for most money spent on a single item, spending $900 on a chocolate milkshake.
  • This is the first time that the auction was held in the 8th episode of a season.
    • It’s the earliest Survivor auction that occurred during the merge portion of the game, occurring on day 15
      • The earliest auction was in Thailand, which occurred on day 14 in episode 5, but it was during the tribal phase of the game.

Immunity Challenge: “Drop a Log”

    • Both players who previously won this challenge were men with “J” names (Jaison & John aka Cochran) and won an advantage to the challenge in the auction.
  • All three times this challenge was used, the Survivor Auction was in the same episode, and the challenge was won by a man.
  • The two oldest players of the season were the final two players in the challenge.
  • The final three players in this challenge had the chocolate cake at the auction (Jake, Julie, and Bruce).

    • Wiglesworth should have said “Cambodia” and Wentworth’s shouldn’t have included “Edge of Extinction” as I was just meant to list the seasons where they were 2nd or 3rd jury members.
