Nicole
Meryl has already beaten me with the rankings this season, so it's time for a hail mary to get some redemption points! Nicole has been great this season in the "balance on spot as long as you can" challenges. She's also shown to have true grit, and never given up, no matter the circumstances. If she can win the final endurance challenge and take out the biggest threat that is Chappies, she has all the ammunition she needs to make a winning final tribal council pitch!

Love him or hate him, Chappies has played the best game of the top 3. I just don’t see how he can lose this. He is on a winning streak and has so much more fuel in his tank from all the rewards he has been winning. He has been an obvious threat since the beginning and is the shark that entered through the front gates. He is fighting for his life every step of the way and is unapologetically “surviving” in any way possible.
2
Anela
Anela has been shown to be a flip-flopper numerous times this season. This might not sit well with the jury and can be the trait that seals his status as runner-up. He's also been bailed out at least three times by other players, a fact that he should argue was due to his good social game---but I believe will be perceived by the jury members as mere instances of luck.

Nicole
Nicole has earned every part of her place here. She has been a challenge beast, brilliant socially, and has outlasted the rest. She has been loyal to her alliance since the beginning and has not backed down at any challenge. I think if Chappies wins the next immunity, he takes her to the final.

As mentioned, my hail mary play banks on Chappies losing the final immunity challenge. He has certainly been a character, and if he doesn't win, definitely a shoo-in for a returning season. He's been compared to Tony Vlachos at certain times, and Dan Foley at other instances. I think this sums his game up perfectly!

Anela
Anela just made it into the final 3. If it wasn’t for Tyson (#cryingface) misreading the situation, he would not have been there. He has been the luckiest player since pre-merge and his ‘resume’ is not as stacked as he may think. He does have great allies on the jury, and since Anesu’s chat with Chappies, I think he poses the biggest threat out of the top 3 to take votes from the true S8 sole survivor.
