The Roku Channel is teaming up with The CW for a brand new survival-based reality show, and a handful of former Survivor castaways are participating among other ex-reality stars.
Hosted by American Ninja Warrior‘s Akbar Gbajabiamila, Fight To Survive is described as a “social experiment” that pits 17 competitors against one another in an attempt to survive 25 days on a remote tropical island while facing brutal conditions to win $250,000.
Exact details of the format, including how players are eliminated, have yet to be revealed. However, according to Variety, the contestants will battle each other for essential tools and resources in a fight to survive.
