The 49th season of Survivor recently wrapped up filming in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands and will feature 18 new castaways vying for the title of Sole Survivor and the $1 million prize. As with previous new era seasons, Survivor 49 is expected to last for 26 days and feature three tribes.
Survivor 49 is scheduled to air in late 2025 at 8:00 PM on Wednesdays on CBS. An exact premiere date has not yet been announced. The Emmy-winning Jeff Probst will once again return as host.

Survivor has run it’s course.i have been watching survivor on day one.it use to b fun an exciting but now it’s the same week after week.same old games.they have nice clean clothes .they never look for food like they use to.i can’t watch a full show.what use to b a good show has nothing to do with survival.its how much camera time u get

I’m entering Survivor 49 with a hopeful mindset and judging solely off of looks and occupations, I see a lot of potential especially among (seemingly) underdogs such as Matt and Annie. I’m also hoping that this cast will be a little more cutthroat and strategic versus playing the “honor and integrity” card, and judging by the large amount of white collars, I think this is a strong possibility.
Now, from the season teaser, I have a few thoughts on some of the contestants and where they may end up, or where I want them to end up. An unnamed woman said she was a journalist and would be sneaky who I can only assume to be Savannah. I either see her being the first voted off of her tribe like So Kim, or making it to the finale and placing somewhere in the top five. I think it was Kristina that spoke about having five children and being a strong mom, and from the teaser I got serious Cirie vibes. I’m hoping she’ll also make it far similar to Cirie, and heck, maybe even win the whole darn thing. Lastly, I wanted to touch on Jeremiah who has a big personality which I think could go one of two ways. Either he’ll be one to take charge and vote off bigger threats to hide himself as a threat or he’ll rub his tribe the wrong way and similar to Savannah, be the first voted off of his tribe (or be similar to Kishan Patel who played to hard AND had a large voice in his tribe which lead to his downfall).
Nevertheless, I’m super stoked for Survivor 49 and can’t wait to see how it unfolds! <3

So you have Sage, Savannah, Shannon, Sophi and Sophie. And you have Jake, Jason, Jawan and Jeremiah. I won’t remember all these names.
This is a strong woman win season. The final 4 spot will be were steven falls. And have an all 3 woman final 3. Production is handing the game to sophia Sergeit
