Tribal Council
- Jessica was voted out 7-5.
- Every Hero and Hustler voted for Jessica, while only Healers voted for Chrissy.
- Desi is the only female who voted for Chrissy that is still in the game.
- Roark voted for Chrissy in Episode 5, and was voted out in Episode 5.
- Ali voted for Chrissy in Episode 5, and was voted out in Episode 6.
- Jessica voted for Chrissy this episode and was voted out.
- Desi is the only remaining female Healer.
- She is also the only female remaining without any votes against her.
- Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers is now tied with Kaoh Rong for the most people voted out at the first tribal council they attended, with four.

Merge
- This is only the second season where three tribes have merged together, the other being Millennials vs. Gen X.
- This is the first time a three starting tribe season merged from three tribes.
- Ben, Desi, Devon, and Ryan were the only people going into the merge that had attended tribal council, but didn’t receive any votes against them at those tribal councils.
- Solewa is the third purple merged tribe. The others are Bula Bula in Fiji, and Kasama in Blood vs. Water.
- It is the 11th purple tribe in Survivor. The others are as follows:

- The male Healers are the only fully intact gender/tribe combination that made the merge, as at least one male/female from each starting tribe has been voted out.
- Joe was the only Healer going into the merge with votes against him.
- However, he negated those votes with an idol.
- Joe and JP are the only men going into the merge with votes against them.
- Cole Jessica, and Mike are the first people to win every challenge premerge.
- They are tied with Randy Bailey in Gabon for most challenge wins in a row, with 10.
- Cole, Jessica, and Mike made it to the merge without attending tribal council. Others to achieve this feat are as follows:
- The Tandang tribe (RC, Skupin, Lisa, Artis, Pete, Abi) in Philippines

Hidden Immunity Idol
- Joe used his hidden immunity idol but didn’t receive any votes.
- He’s the 18th person to use an idol but not receive votes.
- Joe has played an idol at every tribal council he’s attended so far this season.
- Mike is the only person left with a hidden immunity idol.
Confessionals
- Ben had the most confessionals this episode with 7.
- He’s tied with Jessica’s confessional count from Episode 4 for most confessionals in a single episode.
- Desi and JP had 0 confessionals this episode.
- This is JP’s fourth episode where he didn’t get a confessional.
- He’s had the least amount of confessionals thus far with only 4.
- Ryan has 7x the amount of confessionals that JP has had this entire season.
- This is JP’s fourth episode where he didn’t get a confessional.
Immunity Challenge – “Will It Go Round”
- Desi is the first African-American castaway to win the first individual immunity challenge in a season.
- This challenge has been previously seen in both seasons of Australian Survivor, but has never before been used in an American season of Survivor.
