Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X continued last night with an erratic tribal council which saw Gen X tribe member David playing his hidden immunity idol to save Jessica. After losing out in another closely fought battle in the immunity challenge, the Gen X tribe found themselves back at tribal council where Lucy had gathered the numbers to blindside Jessica. Despite five votes coming her way, David’s idol play saved Jessica and instead Lucy was sent packing with just two votes.
The fifth episode, “Idol Search Party” airs next Wednesday, October 19 at 8:00 pm (ET) on CBS.
