Hidden Immunity Idol/Advantage

  • Alex is the first player to find a beware advantage/hidden immunity idol this season.

Immunity Challenge – “Mona Lisas and Mad Ladders”

  • Variations of this challenge were previously used in Cagayan, San Juan del Sur, Ghost Island, Island of the Idols, Winners at War, Survivor 41, Survivor 47, and Survivor 48.
    • Every time a red tribe competed in this challenge, they won.
  • The challenge title is based on the Elton John song “Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters.”
  • Kele is the ninth tribe to lose the first two challenges in a three-starting tribe season. The others are as follows:
    • Saboga in All-Stars
    • Matsing in Philippines
    • Luzon in Cagayan
    • To Tang in Kaoh Rong
    • Yase in Survivor 41
    • Lulu in Survivor 45
    • Yanu in Survivor 46
    • Vula in Survivor 48
      • Kele is the second blue tribe after Matsing to lose the first two immunity challenges.
  • Kele has lost every challenge they’ve participated in while Hina has won every challenge they’ve participated in.

Confessionals

  • Alex had the highest number of confessionals this episode with 10.
  • Jason and Kristina had 0 confessionals this episode.
  • Alex currently has the most confessionals with 21.
  • Jason, Kristina, and Sage have the lowest confessional count with 2.

Tribal Council

  • Annie was voted out 4-1.
  • The youngest and oldest players on Kele (Nicole and Annie) have been voted out.
  • Every female member of the Kele tribe has been voted for at tribal council and none of the men have received votes.
  • With Annie being voted out, Sophi is the highest ranking woman on Kele.
  • Annie received a vote from every player on her tribe.
    • She received a vote from Nicole in episode 1.
    • She received a vote from Alex, Jake, Jeremiah, and Sophi in episode 2.
  • Annie is the seventh player to receive a vote from every member of her starting tribe but not be voted out in episode 1. The others are as follows:
    • Shii Ann in Thailand
    • Ashley in China
    • Gillian in Gabon
    • J’Tia in Cagayan
    • Alecia in Kaoh Rong
    • Patrick in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers
      • Patrick is the only man with this distinction.
  • Annie is the lowest placing player whose last name is “Davis.”
    • Tyrone Davis in Nicaragua: 16th Place
    • Tevin Davis in Survivor 46: 10th Place
    • Charlie Davis in Survivor 46: Runner-Up
    • Annie Davis in Survivor 49: 17th Place
  • This is the 18th Survivor season where the first two players to be voted out are women.
    • Africa: Diane & Jessie
    • Palau: Jolanda & Ashlee
    • Panama: Tina & Melinda
    • Fiji: Jessica & Erica
    • Gabon: Michelle & Gillian
