Sarah Lacina is crowned the winner of Survivor: Game Changers.
The 33-year-old Police Officer from Cedar Rapids, Iowa beat out Brad Culpepper and Troyzan Roberston to claim the title of Sole Survivor and the $1 million prize in the thirty-fourth season of Survivor. At the final tribal council, Sarah argued that she had a hand in every vote, and used her background as a cop to switch her emotions on and off depending on the situation.
Sarah won in a 7-3-0 vote, with the other three votes going to Brad. Troyzan didn’t receive a single a vote.
Earlier in the evening, Cirie Fields was eliminated in sixth place on a technicality. After Tai played an idol on himself and another on Aubry, Sarah got up to play her Legacy Advantage, causing Troyzan to also play his idol. With Brad already holding the immunity necklace, it meant Cirie was the only person left without immunity and therefore was eliminated by default.
Aubry Bracco finished in fifth place, and Tai Trang was voted out just before the Final Tribal Council, leaving in fourth place.
