Tribal Council

  • Karishma was voted out 5-3.
    • Karishma has the highest number of votes this season with 22.
    • She now holds the record for most votes cast against a player in a single season.

    • Karishma also holds the record for most votes cast against a newbie player in a single season.
      • The previous record was held by Jenn Brown in Worlds Apart and Christian Hubicki in David vs. Goliath.
        • All three of them negated a majority of votes against them at a tribal council in which they’d have gone home.
        • Christian still holds the record for most votes cast against a male player in a single season with 18.
    • Karishma is the first player in Survivor history to have over 20 votes cast against her in a single season.

    • Dean voted for Karishma five times this season.
      • One of Jane’s votes for Marty was during a revote, so Dean holds the record for most tribal councils in which he voted for the same player with 5.
    • You could also include Terry in this as he voted for Aras five times in Panama, however, one of those votes was a vote for Aras to win at Final Tribal Council.
  • Dean voted for Karishma at half of the tribal councils he attended.
    • 5/10 of the tribals he’s attended, he voted for Karishma.
  • Of the last eight players to be eliminated, the first four (Jason, Jack, Kellee, Jamal) were original Vokai, while the most recent four (Aaron, Missy, Elizabeth, Karishma) were original Lairo.
  • Dean and Elaine are the only original Lairo members left in the game.

    • Original Lairo: Dean and Elaine (2).
    • Post Swap Vokai: Dan, Elaine, Lauren, and Tommy (4).
    • Post Swap Lairo: Dean, Janet, and Noura (3).
  • Of the 13 people who have been voted out, only two of them were never on Lairo.
    • Molly was voted out before the swap, and Jason stayed on Vokai after the swap.
    • Everyone else who’s been voted out was on Lairo at some point in the game.

        • Coincidentally, they’re also the three women left in the game who have found/won an idol.
  • 6 of the 10 women this season have found/received an idol.
    • Chelsea, Elaine, Janet, Kellee, and Karishma found idols.
    • Kellee and Lauren won idols from Island of the Idols.
      • Molly, Noura, Missy, and Elizabeth are the only women this season who haven’t possessed an idol.
        • Noura is the only woman left in the game who hasn’t found or won an idol. She did however have an idol used on her by Jamal in episode 7.
  • Eight idols this season were found/won by women, this continues to be the highest amount of idols that were possessed by women in a season.

    • This season breaks the record previously held by Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers for most idols present with 9.
