Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X

Power Rankings Round 10

Julia Sokolowski, Randy Bailey, and Martin Holmes rank the players in Round 10 of the Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X Power Rankings.

Previously on Power Rankings…

In Round 9, Randy finished in first place, receiving 25 points for ranking Taylor in 10th place and receiving bonus points for Ken winning immunity and Adam getting a vote at tribal council. Julia came in second with 12 points and Martin finished third with 11  points. Martin remains in the lead with 121 points overall, Randy follows in second with 115 points, and Julia is last with 95 points.

The Rules

We use the Gordon Holmes format of Power Rankings. Each week the three power rankers create separate rankings based on least likely to most likely to be eliminated. The ranking of the player who is voted out of the next episode will determine the number of points the three rankers will earn. This week is a double episode, so for example, if David and Sunday are voted out, Randy will receive 11 points, Martin will receive 8 points and Julia will receive 7 points. At the end of the season, the person with the most points will be named the Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X Power Rankings Champion.

If a ranker wants to take a more strategic approach to their rankings they can play for…

Bonuses:

If the player ranked in 1st place finds an idol you gain 10 points.
If the player ranked in last place isn’t eliminated but receives a vote(s) against them you gain 5 points.
If the player ranked in 1st place wins individual immunity you gain 10 points (post-merge).

1
Ken
I predict this guy will go on a huge immunity run. Ken will be dealt with once the bottom dwellers are gone.
1
Zeke
Zeke seems to be in a solid position– grilling on the backburner with his grill cheese for now.
1
Ken
Is his microphone broken? Ken's quiet edit doesn't suggest immediate danger.
2
Bret
Bret was the recipient of the likable drunk guy edit at the reward challenge a la Palau Tom Westman. Bret has as good of a shot as any to win this entire thing.
2
David
David took a chill pill at the merge.
2
Zeke
Smack in the middle of Gen X warfare. He just needs to hope he doesn't become collateral damage.
3
David
There has been no talk of David’s idol for a couple of weeks now. I look for big things ahead for David and his idol. Also a threat to win the title.
3
Ken
Ken’s edit has cooled off, giving his tribe mates airtime to shine before he boots them.
3
David
David is getting more and more confident in this game, and I think he's itching to make a #BigMove.
4
Hannah
I said it a month ago. Hannah is going to the end and receiving zero votes to win.
4
Hannah
I’m pretty the only person concerned about Hannah’s position in this game is Hannah. She’s not on the radar of anyone and most likely won’t be anytime soon.
4
Hannah
She's no good at picking sports teams, but she's picked pretty good allies. I don't see anyone targeting Hannah right now.
5
Chris
Even though the previews suggest that Chris may be in some trouble, I don’t buy it.
5
Sunday
Sunday is like that one warm sunny day in winter that suddenly appears out of nowhere but ends suddenly and is forgotten quickly as soon as the snow storm comes.
5
Sunday
Sunday has risen and while her Jessica plan didn't come to fruition last week, it seems she might have a better chance this time around.
6
Zeke
If you think about it, the only thing Zeke has done this entire game is smile and be friendly. He is even pleasant in confessionals. Time for Zeke to do something big or he has no shot.
6
Chris
Chris is clearly comfortable…
6
Bret
I hear they serve a mean cocktail at Ponderosa.
7
Adam
Adam seems to get more unlikable every week. I am looking forward to watching Adam and Taylor in Ponderosa.
7
Bret
Drinks on Bret at Ponderosa!
7
Adam
Might be wise to take a page out of Ken's playbook and just keep quiet for a couple of weeks.
8
Sunday
Sunday seems to be targeting Jessica for personal reasons. This is never a good idea.
8
Adam
Adam probably has the biggest target on his back at this point. Let’s see if he is as game-savvy as he claims.
8
Will
He can't drink beer, but he could get served next episode.
9
Jay
Don’t wait too long to play your idol Jay!
9
Jay
Walking on eggshells…
9
Chris
When you start to feel comfortable, that's when you open yourself up for a sneak attack.
10
Will
Sitting out immunity whether you think you can win it or not is always stupid. And Will, you are on an island in the middle of nowhere... you can drink beer if you want to regardless of what Jeff Probst says. He is not the boss of you.
10
Jessica
I won’t be blindsided if Jessica gets booted this week, but I will be blindsided if she gives her legacy advantage to anyone but Ken.
10
Jay
Looks like that rainy day is coming, Jay.
11
Jessica
My money is on Jessica to survive, but in doing so, she will get votes... possibly in both tribal councils.
11
Will
Sorry buddy, I have a vibe you might be the victim of an idol play.
11
Jessica
I'm not sure David will use his idol on you this time.
